The staff is great and you really can't beat the personal and individualized experience you get here versus somewhere else. They know you by name.

The staff is very good and helpful when I go to pick up my prescriptions and Chuck always has the answers to any questions I have about them. If they don't have when I need, they make sure to get them for me. Here, I'm not just another face, they know who I am.
