  I had an issue with my AT&T bill and was told that ANY AT&T store could print a copy of my bill. I arrived at this store and the manager ask if he could help. I stated my needs and he told me that he could not do it. I told him that was not what I was told. He told me I would have to drive to Tulsa for this. I stated that I would be damn glad to be rid of AT&T and he stated to go to 101st and Memorial and to leave and not come back. I do not know who owns this store, but I would suggest a LOT of training on how to handle a customer with an issue. This man was rude and I will never return and will make it a point to make sure everyone I know will NEVER step foot into that store. I had been the store several times and the young ladies that worked there were polite and fixed any issue I had. This guy is an embarrassment to customer service and really needs some training.
